HerbWiki collects minimal information to provide its services:
- Device data — herb library, personal notes and health journal entries are stored locally on your device
- Community submissions — if you submit a herb, crop swap listing or herb sighting, the information you provide is stored on our server
- Journal entries — optionally backed up to our server, identified by a random device ID, not your name or email
2. Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect your name, email or personal details unless you voluntarily provide them in a community submission
- We do not use tracking cookies or analytics
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. HerbWiki does not store your payment details. Please refer to Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
4. Community Content
Content submitted to the community library, crop swap or herb spotter map is visible to all users of the app. Do not include personal information you do not wish to be public.
